The Stress box contains these items and an info card:

• Giant Rubber Band: Stretching this loop applies tensile stress—a pulling force that stores energy in its elastic structure. When released, that stress is rapidly converted into motion, making the rubber band a simple, striking example of stored mechanical force.
• Carolina Reaper Seeds: These seeds hold one of the world’s most intense natural defenses: capsaicin. When planted, they grow into peppers engineered by evolution to trigger stress responses in anything that dares bite. A living lesson in biological survival.
• Liquid Thickener: This powder can transform liquids into non-Newtonian fluids—materials that resist flow when stirred or squeezed. It responds to shear stress, showing how everyday substances can behave in surprisingly complex ways under pressure.
